someone told me 90 % of winery work is Cleaning ! YES it is may b right

set pump for clean tank by only! myself. Yey

clean and sanitise for coming grapes,

clean about 2300L tank ! huge, have in there,

from the top ! i m ok of the hight, but could not see ground, sooooo high, scary,, clean here as well

with water blaster

it was heavy, at first,
but FUN
BECAUSE

I can see exactly what I m doing ! sooooo Clean
Love it……….
than 5 hours later,

I m happy winery’s CLEAN.
BUT I m sure I will have muscle Pain Tomorrow
after work friens place,,,


will, clean tomorrow !! as well…..
